Course curriculum

The Certificate in Christian Formation Leadership is a 12-week Course work (adaptable). When students complete the course requirements for the program, they will be certified as Christian Formation Coaches by the Global Institute for Christian living and Growth, USA.

THE COURSE MODULES

  • MODULAR I

    THE DOCTRINAL COMPETENCY FOR CHRISTIAN FORMATION The doctrinal competency for Christian formation is designed to equip students with the biblical skills pertaining to the revelations of Christ in the Pauline Epistles that serve as necessary perspectives for the pursuit of Christian discipleship.

  • MODULAR II

    THE THREE CHRISTIAN FORMATION DISTINCTIVES This Modular Course prepares students as aspiring Christian Formation Coaches to gain clear knowledge and understanding, the frameworks, and the tools that will help Christian leaders in discipleship, guide those they disciple to have their orientation and appropriation of Christian existence, Christian living, Christian growth aligned with the eternal vision that God purposed, for Christ’s preeminence, by the Church.

  • MODULAR III

    PARENTING THE CHILD INTO THE FAMILY OF GOD. This Modular Course prepares students to gain the competence to serve Christian parents in their role as the primary ministers of God, for the Christian formation of their own children, from preconception, at conception, and through the various stages of their growth into adulthood to become members of the family of God, hence the body and the bride of Christ.
